Mark Garland Homes is located in
Sherman Texas. Mark Garland's inspiration for building homes
in the Sherman area comes from the economical boom and the
need for finer homes. Sherman's population has grown
exponentially over the past ten years and is continuing to
grow.
Mark started building the finest cabinets for commercial
properties and expanded into the residential market by
demand. His customer's know quality, and that's what Mark
delivers. His attention to detail has put him on top!
Mark wants to emphasize his slogan, "Building Friendships
For Life". It's what he does. He will build a home you will
be proud to own. He works very closely with his customer's
and subcontractor's to ensure the finest home.
Mark also wants to let his customer's know, he's not
building "track" homes. His homes are not built in three
months: ready to move in. He only uses the very best
subcontractors in the area and will wait on them.
